Ready-to-ship items
Products available for immediate shipment are dispatched from Italy within the timeframes indicated below:
- Italy: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Made-to-order items
For products made to order or created on commission, shipping times include both production and material sourcing.
Estimated delivery times may therefore be longer and will be communicated at the time of purchase or by email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Free shipping may apply during promotional periods.
RETURNS
Ready-to-ship items
You may return ready-to-ship products within 14 days of delivery.
Returned items must:
- be unused
- have the original tag attached
- be returned in their original packaging
Made-to-order items
Products made to order or created on commission are non-returnable.
