All NEMEA products are handmade in Italy.
Each piece is either one-of-a-kind or produced in extremely limited quantities.
Minor variations in shape, texture or color are inherent to the handcrafted process and do not constitute defects.

Products may be available as ready-to-ship items or made to order.
Availability is clearly indicated on each product page.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
For made-to-order or commissioned products, production begins after order confirmation.
NEMEA reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of errors, inaccuracies or product unavailability.

All prices are expressed in EUR and include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

Shipping times and return conditions are detailed in the Shipping & Returns section of this website and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
